Archaeological company

About the client

Archeopunt is a Belgian archaeological company, based in Ghent. There is currently only one person working in this company. The activities of Archeopunt range from field survey and excavations to reporting and literature research.

Goal of the project

I was asked to design a modern logo, representing the company’s trustworthiness and the scientific, solid approach, and create a complete brand identity. This included a brand identity guide, business cards, mockups and a poster.


I designed a typographic, minimalist logo, with some abstract features integrated into/around the letters: a timeline, a magnifying glass, and a trowel. These elements are linked to the archaeological research the company is doing. Furthermore, I made a style guide, including several examples of usage, s.a. business cards, and a poster.
